Once the site is paid for, we transfer the site to you via the Wix email provided at checkout. 

This is a website template. We don not provide products for you to sell. 

• 30 day email support: you communicate with our designer(s) for assistance with any questions about your site. 
• Design support w/out (without) product support: You have a designer that will assist you with website design, updates, edits. However, they are not able to assist with any financial set up and other applicable restricted set up reserved for owners. 
• Full design support: A designer will assist with website deisgn, updates, edits, and product assistance(uploads, category set up, product set up(pending your content/wording/images). 

*The designer will need access to your site as a website manager to perform basic task. Our designers will reach out to you upon purchase of add on. However, emails can be sent to customersupport@brightboxinsight.com

Additional Pages can be added through support from a designer starting at $20 a page.  Prices per page can vary depending on complexity, content and size of page. 

This is an "as is" purchase. Upon purchase you agree and understand that this website purchase does not come with design support and/or email support from Bright Box Insight or any designer.  Support is provided when purchased in addition to the website. There are no refunds after purchase of the website. 

Once purchased you will recieve site transfer email within 24hrs(immediate-24hrs).
